Mandated and External Reporting

Mandated and External Reporting is responsible for responding to federal, state, accreditor, and ranking requests for the institution to meet compliance requirements. It also serves as the source for comprehensive, accurate, and consistent information in response to requests from internal and external stakeholders. Some external requests that are submitted include surveys that help inform potential students/parents about IU’s academic impact as well as those that shape the reputation or status of the institution such as US News and World Rankings and international rankings. Responsible for ensuring consistency of IU’s academic program inventory (API) with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, provide 1-3 year campus program audits, and provide CIP codes for all new programs. Web Application and System Development Work: Develops, manages, and administers custom and third party programs to help support the main administrative areas of IU (Financial Aid, Admissions, Student Records, Institutional Analytics, and Bursar.
