Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) supplies timely, relevant, and accurate data to provide valuable insights in support of strategic decision-making at an institutional level. We partner with our stakeholders and end users to foster collaboration and cultural change. The scope of this work encompasses all facets of how we deliver, work with, and support information for decision-making at IU, from technical architecture to cultural support, from tool sets to development processes. Through our work we help provide the context to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities; therefore, helping drive operational efficiency, optimize business processes, and enhance overall performance. Our primary goal is to empower stakeholders with accurate and actionable information, enabling them to make informed decisions that drive the university forward and help ensure success.
