Gift Aid by Department or Item Type

Use this Report if . . .

You need gift aid data (scholarships, fellowships, etc.) that are funded through a particular department or administered through a particular award program (item type), AND you need any of the following:

• the percentage of students with aid from that department or award program;
• the total amount awarded;
• a break-out of the recipient headcounts and total aid by a selected student attribute, such as residency, sex, domestic students of color, first generation, Pell Grant recipients, the average percentage of financial need met among the recipients, etc.

Note that this report excludes a significant portion of federal pandemic relief funding from the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) as well as IU-funded COVID-19-related refunds of institutional charges. See the IR Data Guide on this for IU Staff with more information.
