In response to the COVID pandemic, regional campus leadership enlisted the support of campus officials and UIRR to conduct and analyze a series of focus groups in fall 2020. The purpose of the focus groups was to extract a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by students and to garner student recommendations for the spring semester. The documents below contain the full report, which provides an in-depth explanation and supporting evidence of the predominant themes, and an abridged version, which provides a brief overview of the themes.
