The reports under the menu (left) compile data from IU's annual submission to the Indiana Commission for Higher Education Data Submission System (CHEDSS). The financial aid figures represent disbursed aid for the academic year and subsequent summer term ("aid year"). All IU campuses are included other than historical records from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW).
These figures include IU students who were enrolled at fall, spring or summer census; enrolled for the fall, spring or summer as of a final-year snapshot; or received an IU degree between September 1 and August 30 of each reporting year (for the last five years).
The financial aid reports found under the menu (see left) require sign-in by an IU staff member. If you are one of these staff members, please explore the financial aid menu options on the left. After selecting a particular report area from the menu on the left, click on the image of the report to open the report.
Note that these financial aid reports exclude a significant portion of federal pandemic relief funding from the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) as well as IU-funded COVID-19-related refunds of institutional charges.
