Post-Secondary Employment Outcomes

IU’s Post-Secondary Employment Outcomes (PSEO) dashboard presents earnings and employment data for IU graduates, sourced from U.S. Census Bureau tabulations. It provides insights by degree level, program of study, and campus through a data-sharing agreement between post-secondary institutions and the Census Bureau.
The dashboard includes three sections:
- Summary: A high-level overview of earnings and in-state vs. out-of-state employment for IU graduates.
- Post-Graduation Earnings: Earnings percentiles by program of study.
- Employment Flow: Employment geography and industry by program of study.
