Post-Secondary Employment Outcomes

IU’s Post-Secondary Employment Outcomes (PSEO) dashboard makes use of data tabulations created by the U.S. Census Bureau which provide earnings and employment outcomes for college and university graduates by degree level, program of study, and post-secondary institution. The dashboard provides information for all IU campuses as made available through a data-sharing agreement between various post-secondary institutions and the U.S. Census Bureau.
The dashboard is broken into three sections. The Summary tab provides a high-level overview of employment earnings and in-state versus out-of-state employment by IU graduates. The Post-Graduation Earnings tab provides earnings percentiles broken down by program of study. Finally, the Employment Flow tabs provide information about employment geography and industry by program of study.
