I have 30 years of experience working in higher education, as an adjunct faculty and as an administrator. I held many roles in private, for-profit, and public institutions, working with students directly and indirectly. I love exploring data and conducting research with a focus on student retention and success factors. I earned a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University and a Master of Arts from Governors State University, both in psychology. My hobbies include crafting, shopping, reading, bass fishing and dog agility. I enroll in dog agility classes with my dog Sadie and participate in agility trials with her.
