Bridgett Milner

Bridgett Milner is the Director of Institutional Effectiveness within the Office of Institutional Analytics. She has been working to help organizations make data informed decisions for more than 15 years, leading analytic and research teams in higher education, corporate, and government settings. Throughout her career she has overseen research, analysis, and reporting in support of planning and policy decision making. She has specific expertise in projection modeling, multivariate statistics, data visualization, and the development of surveys and assessment tools. Dr. Milner earned her Ph.D. in social psychology from Indiana University with a minor in statistics.
