Ritika serves as an intern with the Research and Analytics team. She is currently a graduate student at IU pursuing her Master’s degree in Data Science. She holds her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Prior to her Graduate degree, Ritika was a Data Scientist for 2 years in the FinTech space, where her work revolved around developing advanced ML and Statistical solutions to drive business decisions and strategies. She is passionate about data - answering what, why and how; analytics; predictive modelling; statistics; NLP; and LLMs. She is currently exploring causal inference. She enjoys reading, cycling, travelling, exploring, photography, F1, and is a foodie.
